Tobin Lake Map

Tobin Lake is located in the wonderful transitional area between Saskatchewan's Parkland Belt, which is dominated by the poplar tree and the Northern Forest Belt, where pine is the dominant species. Sandy soil and a mix of poplar and pine give the area a fresh, northern feel.

While Tobin is known chiefly for its trophy walleye and pike fishing, abundant deer and moose populations make the area a well known big game hunting destination. The lake is popular among water sports enthusiasts as well.

The Resort Village of Tobin Lake offers many services including general stores, boat rentals, guiding and outfitting services, a marina, restaurant, boat launch, and cabin, campsites and RV rental facilities, and a hotel/pub. Some links on our home page give further information on facilities.

There are several beautiful golf courses within a 40 minute radius with Rolling Pines Golf and Country Resort just 15 minutes away.

The town of Nipawin (population 4,500) with its many services is 25 minutes away.
